My name is Captain Jack Harkness. I put my birthdate at 1941, but that's because I doubt this messageboard would accept what my actual birthdate really is. You could say I've been around for awhile and will probably be around quite awhile longer. I currently live in Cardiff but I have travelled extensively. I'm currently in a relationship with a man named Ianto Jones. Gotta love a man in a suit.
I head up a supersecret organization designed to hunt down and protect Earth's present population from all manner of alien threats. Recently my team came into possession of a device that not only allows us access to Internet communcations in this plan of existance, but across parallel worlds as well. This account was created to help in monitoring possible alien threats (and boredom might have played a role in it as well), perhaps I'll come across some old friends while I'm around as well.

It is really you?? How are you? We didn't get much of a chance to talk last time, but... The Doctor told me what happened back when we left you. I'm not even sure what to say. "Sorry" doesn't seem to begin to cover it. :(

I haven't seen the Doc in awhile sad to say. He disappeared right around the time we towed the Earth back and he took you guys back to the parallel world (apparently he told Martha later some of what happened after he dropped us off in Cardiff). Though there are some indications that he was in London around Easter. Some UNIT reports about a flying double decker bus there?
Mickey's been here and there. I know he decided to go travelling this summer before starting for Torchwood full time. Something about wanting to see a world that wasn't scarred by Cybermen.
